FAW Jiefang Accelerates Pre-launch Preparation of Yuetu Mini Truck
To consolidate the foundation for the upcoming launch of the Jiefang Yuetu mini truck, fully verify its comprehensive performance, and continuously optimize core user experience, FAW Jiefang launched trial sales in January 2026. Through full-dimensional and multi-scenario product validation, thorough preparations have been made for the official launch of the Yuetu mini truck.
As a key strategic move for FAW Jiefang to enter the mini truck segment, the trial sales of the Jiefang Yuetu not only serve as a comprehensive inspection of product quality but also a critical step for FAW Jiefang to accurately align with market demand and refine products iteratively. High-quality dealers, service providers and suppliers within the Jiefang system were carefully selected for this trial. Leveraging their mature operational experience, a full-scenario and three-dimensional product verification matrix was established to ensure authentic, valid and highly referenceable trial data. To date, more than 100 trial vehicles have been dispatched, with nearly 40 units successfully delivered to partners, and all trial operations are progressing smoothly with initial achievements.
After delivery, partner teams immediately put the vehicles into real-world operation, conducting rigorous testing around four core dimensions: fuel consumption, electric power consumption, load capacity and driving experience, by highly replicating actual urban distribution logistics scenarios. Every set of precise data embodies Jiefang’s relentless pursuit of performance excellence, and each scenario-based simulation validates the power reliability and economic practicality of the Jiefang Yuetu mini truck. Adhering to the principle of “customer-centric and market-oriented”, the trial campaign continuously identifies optimization opportunities through real operation, polishes product details, and aims to comprehensively enhance product competitiveness and market adaptability.
