FAW asphalt spreader truck is a high-efficiency, heavy-duty asphalt distributor ideal for road construction and pavement maintenance projects. Mounted on the FAW Tiger VH 4×2 LHD chassis with a 154HP Cummins ISF3.8 Euro 3 diesel engine, this 6000L bitumen sprayer handles multiple asphalt materials and offers a maximum spreading width of 4.5 meters.
This 4×2 FAW asphalt spraying truck features a 6000L three-layer thermal-insulated tank, with a 4mm carbon steel inner layer, rock wool insulation core and 1mm stainless steel outer shell to preserve asphalt temperature and reduce heat loss. It is fitted with an Italian imported Riello G20 burner and automatic thermal oil heating system, a high-viscosity QGB680 asphalt pump with 680L/min delivery rate, and 34 individually controlled pneumatic nozzles, enabling accurate, uniform spraying of emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt and modified asphalt. Operated via the rear working platform control box, and paired with a WLY 6-speed manual transmission, enlarged radiator, WABCO air control valves and a maintenance-free battery, the truck delivers stable, long-lasting performance for highway maintenance, municipal road works and asphalt pavement construction.
