FAW JK6 concrete pump truck is a high-performance 32-meter truck-mounted concrete pump built on the heavy-duty 4×2 FAW JK6 chassis. Equipped with a 260HP FAWDE EURO5 engine, S-valve pumping system and 5RZ folding placing boom, it delivers reliable pumping efficiency and flexible maneuverability for various small and medium construction sites.
FAW JK6 32m concrete pump truck is powered by a 6.6L FAWDE CA6DLD-26E5 inline 6-cylinder turbocharged water-cooled diesel engine, delivering 260HP maximum power and 1050N·m peak torque with EURO5 emission compliance, matched with an Eaton Φ430 clutch and FAST 8JS125TA 8-speed manual transmission for stable power output. Its core pumping system achieves a maximum theoretical output of 100 m³/h and 7.3MPa concrete pressure, adopting an open-loop hydraulic system, S-type distribution valve, Φ230×1400 concrete cylinders and air-cooled oil cooling to support continuous high-load construction; the 600L large hopper with 1400mm filling height improves feeding efficiency, and the PROTH main hydraulic pump ensures durable and precise operation. The 32-5RZ foldable placing boom realizes a 27.1m horizontal placing distance, 31.1m vertical placing depth and ±360° full slewing range, with a 3m end hose and 5.8m minimum unfolding height to adapt to narrow and low-clearance working conditions. Supported by front X-shaped telescopic outriggers and rear H-shaped telescopic outriggers with a 5950×6270×5350mm span, the pump truck maintains excellent stability during operation. The full-floating flat-roof cab is fitted with a Grammer heated & ventilated seat, 10-inch display with 360° surround view system, electric cab tilt, power windows and independent heating system for superior operator comfort. It also comes with imported EBS/ESC, upgraded low-temperature PKC wiring harness, full-vehicle FAG wheel ends and front under-run protection for enhanced safety and long-term durability. Supporting both manual and wireless remote control with water and dry pipe cleaning options, this truck-mounted concrete pump is widely applicable to residential construction, municipal engineering, road projects and rural building works
