He said that FAW Jiefang has always placed product innovation and technological innovation at the top of its corporate development. In recent years, it has accelerated the research and development and manufacturing of smart power domain products and achieved fruitful results. This time, four smart power domain products were grandly released, covering oil and gas smart power domain and new energy smart power domain.
In the oil and gas smart power domain, Li Sheng released two products, GS280 and GD300. GS280 consists of a 15L6SV3 natural gas engine, a T-shift gearbox, a lightweight 440 bridge and an IPU domain control software platform, and has broken through 28 core technologies in total. Among them, in terms of hardware, there are 9 industry-first technologies. The engine breaks through the ultra-high compression ratio combustion technology of natural gas engines, with a thermal efficiency of 42.5%, a B10 life of the whole machine reaching 2 million kilometers, a gearbox overall efficiency of over 98.5%, and a drive axle overall efficiency of 98.1%. In terms of domain control software, there are 7 unique intelligent energy-saving, intelligent maintenance, and intelligent safety software technologies. GD300 consists of a 13L6DV1 diesel engine, a T-shift gearbox, a lightweight 440 bridge and an IPU domain control software platform, and the engine mass production thermal efficiency exceeds 50%. The IPU domain control software shares a common platform with natural gas, targeting the pain points of the complex structure of the diesel after-treatment system and the large thermal management fuel consumption loss, and has broken through 8 software technologies, including 3 industry firsts. In order to support the mass production and launch of oil and gas power products, Jiefang Powertrain's three smart factories in Wuxi, Changchun and Dalian have invested more than 4 billion yuan, focusing on strengthening smart manufacturing and achieving high-quality delivery of power products. At present, oil and gas smart power products have been fully installed on J7, Yingtu, JH6, J6V and other models and put on the market, winning the unanimous trust of the majority of logistics users and drivers.
In terms of new energy intelligent power products, FAW Jiefang has comprehensively laid out pure electric E platform, hybrid H platform, and hydrogen energy F platform power products. Li Sheng focused on releasing two pure electric E platform power products, ER260 and EE270. ER260 is centered on the electric drive axle, consisting of a single-package bottom-mounted battery, a heavy-duty electric drive axle, and an IPU domain control software platform. It contains a total of 20 core technological achievements, including 6 industry-first technologies in hardware. The electric drive axle has made breakthroughs in high-efficiency oil-cooled flat wire motor technology, achieving an efficiency of more than 90%, accounting for more than 90%, and the overall efficiency of the electric drive axle has reached 90.6%. In terms of domain control software, there are 4 unique intelligent and reliable, and intelligent energy-saving technologies. EE270 is centered on the electric drive box, and consists of a side-mounted battery, a heavy-duty electric drive box, a drive axle, and an IPU domain control software platform. It reuses the ER260 domain control software technology and further breaks through 10 hardware technologies, including three of which are first in the industry. It uses dual motors and dual four-speed power decoupling technology to achieve a system efficiency of 92%, no slipping when climbing a slope with heavy loads, and a quick start at minus 30 degrees without speed limit. FAW Jiefang has fully built a full-chain independent production capacity for electric drive and battery systems, and innovated a multi-condition simulation offline detection system and an automatic manufacturing quality judgment system to create the best product quality. FAW Jiefang attaches great importance to aftermarket ecological cooperation and has established a new energy solution company with CATL that covers charging and swapping operations, vehicle-battery separation, and vehicle leasing. This year, new energy smart power domain products will be fully launched on models such as J6L, J6P, and JH6, achieving a 100-kilometer power consumption leading the industry by more than 5%, and the life of the key assembly B10 will reach 2 million kilometers.
